Downtown Las Vegas continues to attract new developers and real estate projects as the neighborhood goes through many changes.  Once seen as a secondary destination to the Las Vegas strip, downtown Las Vegas is reinventing itself with new developments such as mixed-use buildings, condos, lofts, and the businesses that follow.  Residents are bringing a new life to the area.

Downtown Las Vegas is currently undergoing major renovations as the city works to transform the area into one of the most vibrant sections of the city.  The master plan calls for a mix of parks, entertainment venues, restaurants, shopping, and office space that will give the area a unique urban feel that will continue to attract new residents to the area.
